All Good Things Come To An End...

This year seemed to pass faster than the summer did as I look back at my time in high school and my experience in ISM this year. I still remember attending the winter showcase last year to support my friends in ISM and also seeing the Final Presentations for the siblings of my friends in sophomore year. I was so scared to take this course because it seemed like so much work and I never thought I belonged in a class like ISM but I have proven myself wrong, something I hope to do many times for the rest of my life. Putting myself in uncomfortable situations has always been a struggle for me and I feel that ISM has been proof of how these scary experiences can help us grow into better individuals. I do not want to ever lose the ideals that I have learned from ISM and I will continue to grow along with my perceptions of success and the field of psychiatry. I was able to finish my presentation on Sunday and it felt good to watch over it and just see how much more confident and comfortable I am when presenting now. Hopefully, I will be able to keep up with my classmates in ISM and witness the amazing things I know they will do! To a great year in ISM...I will never forget this class!
